Refund policy

Southern Exposure Style Return Policy.

We understand that due to the online nature of the business, you do not have an opportunity to try on these items prior to purchase. It is our hope that you will exchange these items for other products when possible.

• Want to exchange?  If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us , to let us know the style and the correct size.  This helps to ensure the item you are looking for is in stock.  As soon as we receive the exchange item we will ship your new order.
• You can also exchange in-person at Southern Exposure Style,  and we can check if we have the item in-stock for you to exchange.

• Returns If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via “Order Detail” within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be in unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  Refunds 
  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  
  Sale items (if applicable)
  Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

• All fashion boxes, doorbusters, clearance, intimate apparel, pre-orders, seasonal items and accessories are final sale.
• Once a returned item is received, please allow 3-4 business days to process. It can take 5-7 business days to see a refund put back into your account (depending on your bank).
